Refunds

Refunds are automatic; you do not need to ask. They go back to the original payment method.

Full refund: if we cannot finish your book, if it is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, if you cancel before translation starts, or if more than 20% of the book is left untranslated (you can still download what was done).

Partial refund: if between 1% and 20% of the book is left untranslated, we refund that share of the price (at least US$1). The untranslated passages are listed on your order page.

These arrangements are in addition to your rights and remedies under the consumer laws that apply to you.
